As an independent, family-owned, and operated repair shop, we take pride in our work, team, and community. We're currently looking for a skilled technician to join our team, with up to a $5000 signing bonus based on experience. Here are some of the details of the job opening:
Duties and Responsibilities-
- Perform inspections, diagnose, and repair various makes and models of cars and trucks
- Communicate recommendations to service writer
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow company policies and procedures for maximum earning potential
Skills/Qualifications-
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Able to navigate online repair resources such as Mitchell, Alldata, Identifix, etc.
- Exhibit attention to detail and not cut corners
- Display a professional demeanor – cleanliness, grooming, punctuality, organization
- ASE certifications are not required but are a plus
- Tools and toolbox; able to understand scanner terminology
- Willing to share knowledge, help co-workers, help with shop equipment, clean the shop, and work overtime when needed
- Able to receive constructive feedback
- Willing and eager to continue education with classes and seminars to keep up with technological changes in our industry
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

Experience Level: 5 years
Schedule: 10-hour shift, Monday to Friday
