Welcome to Aurora AutoPros, a family-run auto service shop providing Aurora & the Denver metro area with experienced, trusted auto repairs and innovative auto mechanics, each of us with our own unique superpower for great customer service!
Renee and Edgar Leon established Aurora AutoPros back in 2013 with just the two of them (and occasional help from the kids). They have since grown to a team of 6, making our business run like a dream!
With 30 years in the industry, Edgar shows his team how to carefully and thoroughly manage the toughest of repairs. His superpower is the leadership, drive, and direction he gives the team. His goal is to develop positive stereotypes of the auto repair industry in Aurora & the Denver metro area, one client at a time. It’s part of Edgar’s make-up that he is eager to provide, grow, and to keep his family proud and free. “I’m living a much better life than what I ever expected to,” Edgar says.
Renee has the power of crowd control! She handles all of the bookkeeping duties, along with marketing and community involvement activities. Some of her Community Involvement Activities include the Car Care Clinics, working with local schools and the APS Badging Initiative, Chair of the Arts + Business Connection committee at the Aurora Chamber of Commerce, and the annual Customer Appreciation Lunches! Whew!
Jose has been a service advisor with us since 2018. When not hard at work taking care of customers, you will find Jose enjoying family time or golfing!
Pedro has been an auto technician for 33 years and with Aurora AutoPros since 2018. If you pop by his bay you'll likely be treated to some fun Cumbia tunes! When not turning wrenches and solving problems, Pedro can be found spending time with his wife and kids.
Douglas is a General Service technician, recent graduate from Pickens Tech, and a hard worker. He loves to travel and find adventures while enjoying some sweet country tunes. If you have exciting road-trip suggestions, he'd love to hear them!
Travis Akers has been in the automotive industry for 23 years. As a HIGHLY skilled, Certified ASE Master Technician, Travis helps manage the workflow, challenging diagnostics, and helps to train newer technicians. He’s a loving husband and father, an outdoors enthusiast (ask him about his SxX vehicle) and is excited to join our team.
Andrew has 7 years working in the automotive industry. He enjoys talking with people about their current vehicles and the ones they want in the future! In his spare time, Andrew likes to make music with friends, bike around Denver, and go off-roading.
Matao loves the constant learning when it comes to cars. After 3 years in the industry, he enjoys working on them and building his skill set! When not working, you'll find Matao browsing YouTube and likely shopping for and working on his own car!
