Can’t say enough good things about this place. My family and I have been coming here for years now and we have always relied on the great service and communication of the team at Aurora AutoPros. From the top with Edgar to Jose and Tyler at the front desk and then down to all of the mechanics there; this is the place you want to go. I came in for a few routine fixes and ran into a bigger problem that was going to be incredibly costly. I let them know I wanted to get it done and when I heard back the next day, I found out I no longer needed it after they did some overnight remedy as a last ditch effort to break up the rust on my vehicle. This team explains things thoroughly and with complete honesty at every level; service, cost, and everything in between. I saved a lot of money for the effort they put in. I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere appreciation to Aurora AutoPros for their outstanding customer service and for going above and beyond to help me resolve an issue with my vehicle. Not only did they take the time to properly diagnose the AC problem, but they also went the extra mile in dealing with a third-party warranty company. What makes this experience particularly noteworthy is that two other repair facilities, including a Ford dealership that had my vehicle for two weeks, were unable to identify the problem and essentially told me there was nothing wrong with my AC system. Aurora AutoPros was able to correctly diagnose the issue when others could not. A special thank-you goes to Marseilles, the service advisor, for his professionalism, courtesy, and exceptional attention to detail. He demonstrated tremendous patience and due diligence while navigating the third-party warranty process with the dealership where I originally purchased my vehicle. Throughout the entire process, he kept me informed, communicated clearly, and made sure nothing was overlooked. Its refreshing to find an automotive repair shop that genuinely cares about its customers and takes pride in doing things right.
