Had my car totally crap out on me, smoking engine, cut out, needed to be towed away and everything. I was able to make an appointment here for the next day but they started the diagnosis and work on it same day and had it done within a couple hours of my actual appointment time. They were super transparent about what was going on, the full breakdown (included super detailed pictures and explanations) and stayed in contact with me through the whole process. The diagnostic fee wasn't insane (saw other reviews complaining about not getting charged for diagnostics at other places, LOL WHAT? I've never gotten a free diagnostic unless we talking a code reader at like oriellys or something) I cross checked the prices and work to make sure I wasn't getting played (shops love to rip off single women) and everything was very reasonably priced and not some random BS. There was a sound after the work that I hadn't heard before so I took it back to have it checked out, they corrected the issue for free within 15 minutes and even walked me into the bay to show me what it was, made me feel even better to see and for myself that it wasnt actually related to the work they did and they still fixed it for me. The staff is very friendly, including the mechanics (if you've ever worked in a shop or hung around in one you know what that environment can be like, this place wasn't giving those vibes at all) I never felt looked down for just being a women, or judged for the condition my car was in, and didn't feel taken advantage of at all. 10/10 will be returning & sending my friends here 😊 👍🏻

honest, reliable and communicative. they provided a much better quote than midas and went above and beyond taking care of my vehicle. sway bar bushings were worn and clunking, no longer!!
