The team here is great!! They are extremely professional, reasonably priced, great at communication, and got everything fixed in the time they said they would. The tech also took care of a smaller, quick fix at no additional charge. This was my first experience with this shop, but I will absolutely be coming back here for any future needs

The work done here is quality and worth every penny. They also hire an incredible staff. I worked with Marcellis, and he talked through the problem I was having and just met me at the halfway point of understanding the problem but also understanding my budget and cost restrictions. I had an unexpected need for immediate service and had the pleasure of finding Aurora Auto Pros to do it. After reading their entire website (their business philosophy) it was time to try it. I am happy to report that they did not win my trust, they EARNED it as described on their website. My service tech Marseilles heard every concern I had, suggested the appropriate evaluation to guide my decision, explained and SHOWED ME the issues involved and then strategized with me to address the safety issue, understand and begin a plan for potentially bigger issues and absolutely supported my decision to start small while I consider my options about keeping or changing car. He had no ego involvement. He was clear about what I needed to consider then supported my decision. In addition, in the short period I was seated in the office, I observed their team working together with no sense of competition which resulted in a happy workplace that served me. They even have a new program where you get credit on your account when you refer someone to them. That credit applies to next services. Owner Edgar was friendly and helpful as well and the changes to his industry that he mentions on the website he is clearly implementing. Very happy customer! BTW - the car handles fine!

Got service done on my car recently. I’m very impressed with this place! Very welcoming staff and great customer service. I felt like my car was in good hands. They didn’t pressure me to move forward with any services right away, but they gave me thorough explanations of what was wrong and why it is important.
