These guys were great! I walked in and the staff was friendly. I believe I worked with Andrew and he was kind and honest. Told me an approximate of how much I was going to be charged, and let me know they would contact me before doing anything that would exceed that cost. He called before they started working on my vehicle. I felt so at peace knowing I was working with an honest business. Would 100% recommend!!

I recently brought in my old Murano to help identify a leak that we could not determine where it was coming from and why my car was drinking coolant like juice! The guys at Aurora Auto Pros not only determined that I had a crack in my radiator, but also sent me a very detailed explanation WITH PICTURES ( for those of us unfamiliar with car talk) showing me all of the issues with my vehicle. They also kept me in the loop via text which I found super helpful and professional. They separated their assessment into different categories showing what things needed my immediate attention and what I could possibly wait on. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back.

My car was making some strange noises after a minor accident, so I scheduled an appointment and brought it in. Everyone in the store was super welcoming, and the mechanic drove the car around with me so I could point out the noise. Upon finding the problem, he pointed it out to me and fixed it all within 20 minutes. Super positive experience all around!
