I had the most pleasant experience at Aurora auto pros. Marseilles was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He was able to save me from an unnecessary repair and target the real problem, which was a broken sensor. He then helped map out some upcoming mileage scheduled maintenance to save me some money. I definitely plan on bringing my car back here again and have actually started referring friends to this shop.

I had a great experience at Aurora auto pros! The team was very candid about the costs of everything, and even lowered my balance because they had used less product than they originally quoted! Everyone treated me with respect, and took care of my car very quickly. I will definitely be going back for my next service!

I have now received excellent customer service from Aurora Auto Pros twice! ( I am late leaving a review when I should have completed it after the first experience was phenomenal. Forgive me guys! Life was doing its thing) From the very first phone call, when speaking with Andrew ; when I was initially looking for a shop to have my car towed to , I could absolutely tell this was the place for me. He was patient and really listened, he was genuine, showed compassion, respect and professionalism all at the same time. My in person experience at the shop with Marseilles and Jose followed in exactly the same way! It is obvious that customer service is important here! They were so caring, knowledgeable , respectful and considerate. I left feeling blessed to have taken my car to them. In a world where customer service is almost extinct..you won't be disappointed! I would highly recommend Aurora Auto Pros!

These people are amazing. I took an older car (a 2003 Toyota Celica GT) in for an inspection and then was given a full, honest run-through of all the recommended services, prioritized by urgency. I was guided through the recommended repairs/work by one of their amazing service advisors, Marseilles (10/10 recommend working with him!) and was never pushed into spending on unnecessary repairs or given any hidden fees. The service recommendations were delivered electronically and emailed to me so I was always able to double-check everything on my own time. Before servicing here, the car had a pretty bad vibration at higher speeds but their work completely removed it! The total price was very reasonable and the turn-around-time was fast too (within two days). Skip the dealerships and head over here next time your car needs anything. I can’t praise Aurora AutoPros enough. :)

You get what you pay for. Their quick service is unmatched. I appreciate everything they did. Talk about above and beyond. There is a reason why they have such a high rating. You can go elsewhere and pay cheaper but the service and attention to detail along with the professionalism is top tier. I would recommend especially to my single ladies. You'll thank me later.
