I live in Parker, about 17 miles from Aurora Auto Pros. The distance is worth the drive due to their great customer service, honest work and completing the repair in their estimated time. Super friendly and great service. You get what you pay for.

I initially came to this place months ago on a whim. Marseilles was so kind and got me in very last minute. I recommended my coworker come here later for a car issue he had and months later I came back for some brake issues. I primarily have worked with Marseilles, but everyone has been so kind as well. I actually live 30 min away and have a Toyota dealer right by my house. However, Marseilles and the team have been so hospitable and transparent that I will continue to drop my car off here for any needs I have!

Very impressed with the quality of the work (alignment) done on our Prius. Now the car tracks straight as an arrow and the steering feels much tighter. We will be back when the Prius and our other car need to be serviced. Keep up the excellent work!!!!

Aurora Auto pros needed to replace my jeep renegade engine because of a broken cylinder valve. The first engine from Mopar was installed, but was faulty, so they needed to order a warranty replacement. Obviously this took an extended amount of time, but they kept me well informed throughout the entire process ! The renegade runs great ! I highly recommend them for any automotive service !!

Had my car totally crap out on me, smoking engine, cut out, needed to be towed away and everything. I was able to make an appointment here for the next day but they started the diagnosis and work on it same day and had it done within a couple hours of my actual appointment time. They were super transparent about what was going on, the full breakdown (included super detailed pictures and explanations) and stayed in contact with me through the whole process. The diagnostic fee wasn't insane (saw other reviews complaining about not getting charged for diagnostics at other places, LOL WHAT? I've never gotten a free diagnostic unless we talking a code reader at like oriellys or something) I cross checked the prices and work to make sure I wasn't getting played (shops love to rip off single women) and everything was very reasonably priced and not some random BS. There was a sound after the work that I hadn't heard before so I took it back to have it checked out, they corrected the issue for free within 15 minutes and even walked me into the bay to show me what it was, made me feel even better to see and for myself that it wasnt actually related to the work they did and they still fixed it for me. The staff is very friendly, including the mechanics (if you've ever worked in a shop or hung around in one you know what that environment can be like, this place wasn't giving those vibes at all) I never felt looked down for just being a women, or judged for the condition my car was in, and didn't feel taken advantage of at all. 10/10 will be returning & sending my friends here 😊 👍🏻
