These folks are incredible. I came in on the wrong day - totally my fault, not theirs! - and rather than having me reschedule, they not only fit my repairs in that day, but were also wonderful people to talk to. They really went above and beyond for me when they didn't have to, and I can't imagine why I'd go anywhere else now that I've found them.

I am very pleased with Aurora AutoPros. They are always there when I need them! My calls are always answered with advice given for the present situation. I am even seen promptly if I have an emergency. I usually wait for whatever service needs to be performed; I am advised about any new situation that comes up and I can either go forward with it or wait until later. The personnel is very friendly and professional and I appreciate Edgar's and Jose's advice about my car. Their costs are reasonable and I am never pressured to do anything I don't want to have done or can't afford. I enjoy their Newsletter where there are monthly discounts.
