I was very satisfied with the service I received at Auto Pros. I have one request however. The info on the center of my dashboard was not put back in its original order and I don't know how to get it to change. Aurora AutoPros was such an unbelievable experience from start to finish! They got me in last minute when I was desperate for a PPI so I could complete a car purchase. They thoroughly looked everything over and gave me a detailed report which I forwarded to the dealer which helped me get many things fixed on the car before purchase. They saved me so much money! Everyone was so kind and informative. As a woman, it’s always intimidating entering into the mechanic world with little knowledge of what is going on or what things mean. I felt completely at ease and had complete trust that I wasn’t being taken advance of. Renee, the owner, sat down with me and she was so lovely to talk to. I live in Denver, but this will be my new auto shop. I will make the drive if it means I can deal with this warm group of helpful professionals again. Thank you!!

Very pleased with my first time here. Incredibly friendly and easy going group. Easy drop off and pickup location. Did everything as expected within the same day. Good communications. Prices are average - not higher or lower than general marketplace. Felt it was right price for the service/parts.

My Lexus was impacted by the diesel-gasoline cross contamination in the Denver area in January 2026. There is only one shop that I trust to evaluate and make the needed repairs - Aurora Autopros. And, staying true to form, they quickly assessed the damage and make the required repairs. Edgar, Jose, and the entire team at Aurora Autopros are excellent to work with.
