Aurora Auto Pros is a fantastic auto repair and maintenance service! They are the most professional shop have ever used! You can count on what they tell you is correct! They provide a complete photo record of your vehicle when received and what repairs are required and why. They provide excellent communications. They take excellent care of your vehicle. Found AAP via Google reviews and Reddit mentions. The reviewers where spot on. Visited in hopes of a second option. Ford sucks. My issue is related to a previous recall and AAP equipped me with the information I need to present to Ford. Honest, trust worthy and friendly staff. I will be returning for general maintenance needs. Truly appreciate this place and their staff. Thank you Marcello (hopefully i got that right)

I went to Aurora Autopros after the Hyundai dealer was going to charge me an outrageous amount to fix my daughter’s car. The price came in way lower than what the dealership was gonna charge me. It even made me feel better about giving them the opportunity to service the rest of what she needed to ensure can safely drive back and forth to college. Marcellus is such a nice kid and so professional. He made me feel heard and understood. Highly recommend AA.

Amazing shop! Everyone here was so kind and welcoming, it was a lot of work that needed to be done to our car and they not only did exceptional work on our vehicle but they were a joy to work with through the whole process and they even got our car back to us same day which was so impressive given the workload they had for today. Not just us but a full shop of people bringing their cars in (cause they’re THAT good) The diagnostic was thorough and had photos and videos of everything. I will be coming back here for my auto needs.

A coworker referred me here because they serviced her car quickly and professionally. They provided the same high level of attention when I dropped my car off.
