I and my family have been using Aurora AutoPros for many years now. They never disappoint. Their customer service is impeccable and predictable, always keeping me informed of progress and have never waivered from an estimate unless unexpected items are found in the process of repairs. My recent work was replacing an ignition switch for which I provided the aftermarket part (vehicle is 32 years old). The work was done quickly and for a very reasonable price. On the road again :)

I have been going to Aurora Auto Pros for a couple of years now. They are the ONLY shop I trust with my cars. Their customer service team is absolutely amazing. They are kind, understanding and they truly care about the work they do. They have a free ride service, they always call me prior to doing work with a cost estimate etc. They're communicative and amazing. It can be so hard finding a reliable shop who will not overcharge that you can trust. They are amazing and I highly recommend them.

Had chosen AutoPros after reading reviews. Seemed to have a positive response. Had the spark plugs replaced @101K miles on 2015 Kia Sedona (105K is recommended) but was planning a road trip so had it done sooner. The cost is rather pricey but was consistent with other quotes. Andrew& Jose are very pleasant to work with and did everything to help me fill satisfied. Will be taking trip to NM in a couple of weeks and will be interested on how well this vehicle performs.
