It is hard to find service people to trust let alone know they do a good job. That is why I use Aurora Auto Pros. Edgar and his staff are fair, honest and above all, just good people. I have a high level of trust and confidence in their recommendations, and satisfied that when my car is completed with the service, there have been no shortcuts taken. I could't be more pleased and satisfied than I am with Edgar and his mechanics at Aurora Auto Pros. He is a very personable, fair, moral and professional businessman. Edgar has kept my car in top condition since he started AutoPros. He does a thorough job of evaluating what is needed for your car to keep it running at it's best and then does a terrific job on it. He will also let you know if your car can't be fixed and then will counsel with you on what to do next. He and Jose keep everything running smoothly in the office so you always know what's going on. Auto pros went above and beyond ! We had a lot of maintenance to get our truck ready for towing a travel trailer. Time line for the work was three days . Edgar had all the parts ordered and installed in two days . Set up our rental and personally went out of his way to get us to the rental. Thanks auto pros ! I have been coming here for years with my last car. Edgar and his team are amazing! Our truck was even ready a day early! Edgar’s customer service goes above and beyond! He set up our rental car and gave us a ride in his personal car he’s just the best!
