Aurora Auto Repair

We live in Austin Texas and keep a car at the airport parking. Our car decided to break down late one evening. I did a google search and read reviews and decided to go with Aurora AutoPros. I have been very happy with their level of communication. They were in touch with us via phone, email, and text. The prices were fair. We own an auto repair shop in Austin and they were consistent with our pricing. Our car ran well on a trip to Breckenridge. We are happy we found an honest, well run shop in Colorado.

Took my car in for check engine light and a brake/caliper issue. Hands down the easiest experience I have had. Not only were they calling me they were texting me. Were patient when I didn't have the best cell reception and stayed on the phone with me until we could hear each other better. They were honest and did not up sell me on things that I didn't need to do.

So happy to finally have a mechanic I trust! Aurora AutoPros has mastered the balance of providing the auto expertise I need WITH the outstanding customer service I want.

My wife discovered Aurora Auto Pro on Google as we were searching for a place to have some work done on our vehicle. After speaking on the phone with Jose we both felt comfortable giving Aurora Auto Pros a chance. It had been quite some time since we had any work done on our vehicle which we have had for eight years. Jose and his team looked over the vehicle and got back with us with what they thought were priority services we needed done and ones that could be gotten too down the road. After Jose's explanations to what they were seeing with our vehicle we felt comfortable with just having all the work described done, the prices seemed fair. The work was all done in a very timely manner, and we are feeling satisfied with the job done and happy to have found a reliable friendly place to take our vehicle to be maintained. As my car totally lost power I had it towed to Aurora Auto Pros. Having had my vehicle looked at or repaired by them for the last 5 years or so, I felt that they would do the best for me. Like everything, the price of parts has gone up. I knew that if it was the alternator then the cost to fix it really would hardly vary one repair place to another. It was the quality of service that I hoped Edgar & Auto pros would continue to provide. I was not disappointed. As usual, Edgar is strong on communication involving any and all about the repair and maintenance of your auto. They repaired my car and also informed me that my battery, still under warranty from another shop, was defective. Auto Pros then loaned me a battery so i would have sound transportation and then go get another battery from my warranty, which I did do. Thank you Auto Pros. You did well by me as is the positive reputation that your repair shop has earned.
