I’ve actually had the pleasure to work for Edgar and I can say hands down that he is the most professional owner/mechanic I’ve ever seen. A lot of mechanics will just simply look at a car and say “oh yea, you need this! And since you’re getting this, you might as well get that” In other words sell you something they’re not 100% sure it’s the problem and then try and sell you something else you don’t need! Edgar not only diagnose’s the problem with scan tools but he once he get a code, he will strip the car to the ground, if need be lol, to actually look and see and feel the problem. I’ve never seen anyone so dedicated to being 100% ALL the time! Only place I will ever trust to take my, or my family and friends, vehicles!

This is a fantastic shop. Great communication, plenty of transparency (photos of proposed repairs, detailed explanations for the repairs needed and honest timelines for recommended replacements) and not an once of pressure to spend money unnecessarily. Employees are all professional and courteous (Edgar!!),patient and do not attempt to condescend (for those less knowledgeable in the field of automotive repair). If you don't live near, this shop is well worth the drive and they also have a robust referral program. I am a hobbyist mechanic and know enough to declare this shop as very straightforward, the best quality one can find regarding such an important service. Hope to see this business thrive and expand (and remain true!).

We went to Aurora Auto Pros today to have my spouses cars oil change, thinking we had an appointment. Well, I messed up because the appointment was for tomorrow! Fortunately, they squeezed us in! They found a couple of other things that the car needed as well. We highly recommend Aurora Auto Pros for being so thorough, honest and accommodating!
