Best mechanic!

I worked with Edgar and Jose this week and they were both phenomenal. I won't be taking my car anywhere else. The quality of care they took when inspecting my vehicle, along with the immediate service meant I was back on the road in a safe vehicle almost right way. I dropped my car off on Monday, and despite needing a ton of work I had the estimate within 24 hours, and the work done by the end of the day Tuesday. Extremely friendly, easy to talk to, and HONEST. They told me all the issues with my car, and were upfront about which issues needed to be addressed right away, and which could wait.

Edgar, Jose, and team provide top notch service and quality work at a reasonable price. They are quick to get my vehicle in and the work is always complete on time. We moved across town last year, but still take my Jeep to Aurora Auto Pros for all my preventative maintenance needs! I would highly recommend taking your vehicle to Aurora Auto Pros.

I dropped in last week to have my lights switch changed as the Fog lights wouldn't turn off. I didn't have an appintment but they took me in anyway. This place has saved me thousands over the past few days and saved me hundreds about a year ago. They have consistently provided better value, Correct diagnosis, and told me what I actually need to fix rather than try to nickel and dime every minor problem. This is a fantastic shop, and I wish I found them earlier.

I have been coming to Aurora Auto Pros for the past few years. I initially tried them because they were listed in the BBB. I have come to completely trust them, they have never led me wrong once. I used their services again this week and was very happy. Edgar and Jose are very patient in explaining things to you. I would highly recommend them.

Honestly, there are no better mechanics around. Edgar and his team are thorough, take the time to explain things to you, and won't do work on your car unless they are certain they understand the problem. They spoke with me multiple times on the phone, let my car stay at the shop until it made the sound I originally came in for, and ultimately have earned my trust as my #1 mechanics for the rest of my life.
