First time experience at Aurora Autopros - they are WONDERFUL! Edgar (the owner) is incredibly thorough - he found things needing attention on my car that my regular mechanic at another shop (whom I trust very much but who was not available for this appointment) hadn't found, and they were legitimate issues that I wanted to know about, not imaginary problems created to charge me a bunch of money like can sometimes happen with mechanics. Edgar brought me back to the bay area to show me what was going on with my car and then clearly asked me if I wanted his team to fix those things before he ordered any work done. I was grateful for the kindness, efficiency, and general good vibe in his business, including in the lobby with the folks working the front desk. I felt the price I was charged for the inspection and repairs was fair, and I felt great about the work that was done and the advice that was given for my 14-year-old vehicle. I wish I lived closer to this shop because this would absolutely be my go-to spot for all of my car repairs if I did. Highly recommend!

The team at Autopros is very kind and professional. I’ve brought multiple vehicles here for various repairs and have never been disappointed. Jose always does an awesome job at explaining everything in detail and in simpler terms. They have never been pushy and have always given great advise on fixes I want to do myself to save money. Great people!! Highly recommend!!

Very HONEST, fast and reliable people at this shop! I took my truck here a few months ago and we made a list of things needed to be done and they got it all done at a VERY reasonable price! I won’t take my Truck anywhere else.. I definitely SUPPORT this SMALL BUSINESS!!

Absolutely love working with AAP thus far. My wife and I drive a 2008 Acura RL, just moved here from Ohio a couple of months ago. We were very picky in choosing our next mechanic. We took the car to AAP for an oil change, tire rotation, and general check-up and they had everything handled in a timely fashion as well as letting me know what to keep an eye out for in the future (with pictures of anything they said to keep an eye on! There has been some noise recently and we took it in to get that checked out and was told that we need new motor mounts as well as a heat shield repair for the catalytic converter.The car is older, is the daily driver, and had been on some rough roads recently (not to mention living it's life in Ohio road salt). I'll be updating my review after these repairs, but I don't anticipate knocking off any of the stars. These guys have been awesome so far. Keep it up AAP! EDIT: We were looking at a $1600 repair bill and Sharron was able to source some quality parts from elsewhere, dropping our bill by $400. Our car is in great shape now. I am fairly skeptical of mechanics, but I trust these guys.
