Excellent communication and transparency. They did fairly significant work on my vehicle but kept me updated every step of the way. They did not do anything / make any charges without discussing them with me first. Would definitely trust them with all future repairs and would certainly recommend to friends.

Any time you hear unusual noises coming from the engine, it is important to get it resolved. In this case, your 2004 Honda CRV needed a new timing chain and oil pump chain. I absolutely Love Auto Pros. They're always real informative and never do anything on your vehicle without your permission first. I trust Auto Pros for all my vehicle maintenance I wouldn't take my vehicle's any place but Auto Pros they're awesome!!!

It can be scary when any warning lights appear on the dashboard. Your 2007 Honda Odyssey EX needed a new alternator and you came in to address it BEFORE it broke down on you.
