Join Karol Shupe for a presentation on the life of Adelia Wells. During the late 1800s many men and families flocked to the western Kansas territory to claim land, Adelia Wells is one of the few single women to sucessfully prove upon her claim. Learn about the life she carved out for herself in what is now Aurora.
