Auto pros is an honest, integrity driven business. Edgar and his crew are fantastic!! They go out of their way to make sure we are taken care of!! I highly recommend them!!

I love going to AutoPros! They are a family owned company and they treat you very nice. The shop is clean and staff is friendly. It's not your typical Auto repair place where very time you go in for an oil change you suddenly need hundred dollars of repairs. Prices here are appropriate. Thank you AutoPros!

Edgar and Renée are the absolute best. I've been bringing my vehicle to them practically since I drove it off the lot. The dealership hasn't seen me again. Very transparent, very up front, very friendly and very accommodating.

Why do you even ask? You should know by now your customers and neighbors think the world of you, and wish you had more stars to pick because we'd give you 10 instead of five. Your professionalism in dealing with the public is appreciated. You listen more than talk, you give more than take, you should brag, but don't have to because the quality of your product speaks for itself......and we are telling as many of our friends and neighbors about this. 10 out of 5 Stars! I'm sure not many people are thrilled with having to take their vehicle to a mechanic for maintenance or repairs (I had equated it to going to the dentist!). As an independent woman; my cars, myself, and my wallet have seen some pretty unfair treatment in previous years. NOT SO AT AutoPros!! Since the first moments in the door and for years now, I've been warmly greeted and immediately feel welcomed; like part of the family. They are consistently professional, thorough, reassuring and unbelievably accommodating in urgent situations with short notice. Edgar continues to give detailed explanations in terminology that is easy to understand, and willingly points out the specific location and part on the car in which we're talking about. He is also respectful and patient when having to deliver any unfavorable news. I deeply appreciate Edgar's honesty about any service that needs to be completed, and his persistence to find the root-cause of a stubborn problem (no more service engine light.. YAY!!!!). I also trust him to be fair and not unnecessarily add extra parts and labor in an effort to inflate a repair bill. I truly value and can depend on the entire staff's unswerving dedication to my safety, and the health and longevity of my car.
