These guys have been doing amazing work on my "new" used car. Other shops tried to sell me stuff I didn't need, but not Edgar or Tom. They never tried to get me to pay for anything I don't need, And they helped me get the more important things done first, and less important later. I have a car that I bought, after over a year of searching for something decent and affordable, because it has a rust free body, had a good car fax, and passed an engine analysis test. But the salesman at Auto Nation lied a lot about its mechanical condition and the repairs they were still going to do to it (which turned out to be none at all). So AutoPros fixed my leaking radiator, leaking a/c hose, and squeaking belts, at a very reasonable price. Then they diagnosed my check engine light as an emissions problem, which was two catalytic converters and an O2 sensor, along with a sensor for the cam position. They got the worst thing fixed right away, and had me wait on the converters until I had more money, and it was closer to the time to do the state emissions testing again. So they helped me spread out my spending on the necessary repairs over a period of almost two years, to make it something I could afford. On top of all that, they found a factory recall that was causing an intermittent driveability problem and gave me the print outs to take to a dealer to get that fixed for free. And they checked the car for any safety issues, to make sure it was safe for me to drive around town and on the highway. Now I know I have a car with good brakes, a/c, cooling, engine, etc. Other shops and shop owners want to get as much money as possible from "every sucker who walks through the door." Here at this Auto Pros, they know we should not be treated as suckers, but as customers who they can take care of the right way. Edgar and Tom and their mechanics are here to make the customers happy. That's what they would want others to do for them, and that's how they get so much customer loyalty from people like me (even though I don't have a lot of money, and live on a fixed income).
