The service at AutoPros is exemplary. They are courteous, transparent, fair, so easy to work with, and boy do they go the extra mile! I brought my car in for an inspection and not only did they walk me through all issues they found, they also explained which ones were critical and provided a thorough explanation of how they planned to fix each issue. They emailed me a quote and didn't pressure me to make an appointment with them, but their estimate was more than fair (compared to some of the other places I called), so I made an appointment to get everything done the very next week. They even reserved a rental on my behalf and got the work done earlier than expected!! And to top it all off, they were able to help me save money by fixing the problem I had with my timing chain by replacing just the actuator!! Working with them has been so easy. Overall, I cannot say enough good things about AutoPros. 10/10
