I broke down at Colfax and I-70, Edgar called me a tow truck and fixed my vehicle in just a n hour or so, even though the dealer didn't make the part anymore, and he didn't charge me an arm and a leg either. Always a fan of the guys at Autopros. Repairs are reasonable and the guys there are good about telling me if they can take care of the repairs or if there?s someone else who would be more cost effective. I always appreciate their honesty. They are always polite and getting my car into the shop is relatively easy.

The experience I had at this shop was outstanding. I took my car to a Pepboys for an oil change and for a general inspection. The mechanics there insisted that I needed to replace my front quick struts and quoted me at an amount that I found quite insane. I decided to look for a reputable auto repair shop and came across this one and its amazing reviews. I contacted them via email for an estimate and they suggested I come in instead of quoting me over email. First thing they did when I went in was take me on a ride in my car so they could hear the same thing I was hearing. They determined that what was making the noise was actually the sway link bars. They provided me with estimates for both the sway link bars and the front quick struts because that's what I had asked for. I asked the owner for his professional opinion on the matter and he suggested that replacing the sway link bars would get rid of the noise and that he did not believe the struts were the issue. They made every reasonable time accommodation and even offered to drive me to work. Now my car is noise free and drives like a champ. On top of saving me hundreds of dollars, they offer a military discount as well! I will never go anywhere else for any of my vehicle needs. Highly recommend!!

Great customer service and great mechanical service. I have been taking my vehicles here for years with only positive experiences. Edgar and the Autopros team are always looking out for me as a person. They take the time to explain things in a way I can understand and will be honest with which things need to fixed now for safety and which things can wait.

My car was accelerating intermittently, and neither I nor Aurora Auto Pros knew why, but they did a ton of repairs on my car to see if any of them would fix the issue. The repairs absolutely helped. It's been a few months and my car has been acting normal. Yes it may have been pricey, but now my vehicle is safe which is more important. They are my only choice for repairs now; not to mention their customer service is fantastic. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely amazing people! They went above and beyond to complete the work on my jeep in a shorter time than what was expected. They are definitely generous and were willing to work with my financial budget.
