I'm very new to the Denver area and all I can say is that I went to AutoPros with a very serious car problem and they performed in an exemplary manner. Not only were they fantastic mechanics, they were gentlemen, friends and counselors that supported a fragile customer waiting to get devastating news about their car. Finding a qualified car shop in a strange town is not an easy task. That I found AutoPros... well just fantastic. Thanks Edgar and Tom for everything. See you again soon, or at least in 3,000 miles.

Edgar continues to provide the highest standard of competence and service that you might find at a reputable dealership but with the honesty and personal care that reputable dealerships do not. Although I have a minimal understanding of maintenance required, he will not stop until he explains needed repairs in such a way that I understand. Bottom line is that I trust him that he treats my car the way he would treat his own -- no more and no less.
