Well trained and professional management and staff that can be trusted to do what is needed, and not "over-sell" as many-times occurs at dealership service locations. Example: Took vehicle to a dealership because of airbag recall. Asked them to do recall work, but nothing else, including full inspection they offered. They did not heed my request and did their "full inspection", and gave a long list of needed maintenance and repairs that exceeded $1,000, as the vehicle was due for 60,000-mile service. This indicates they do not listen to the customer, and are seeking profit above service. Some "repairs" included replacing all hoses and serpentine belt. Took vehicle to Auto Pros for the 60K service, and received more maintenance than the dealership touted for $300 less. Also, after inspection that I trust, it was found the serpentine belt and hoses were in great shape and did not yet need replacement, saving me money. Auto Pros can be trusted, are good and caring communicators, and give greatly to the community. Why go anywhere else?
