I had an early appt. for synthetic oil change & car inspection. All employees were masked up & do all they can to adhere to safety during these covid times. The waiting room and shop are clean, cleaner than most car garage establishments. They attended to my car and then I received text & also hard copy paperwork as to what they did and what services are recommended for my vehicle. All emplyees were friendly and focused on what they were doing. Thank you to Aurora Auto Pros. I continue to recommend their shop for auto service needs. You will be treated well and you will get good, honest service on your vehicle.

Best customer service I have experienced from an auto shop!

Jon, We’re so sorry that unsavory characters stole the catalytic converter from your 2004 Honda Element. We were able to work with your insurance to replace the catalytic converter and after an oil change, we hope you won’t have to be concerned about your vehicle for awhile.
