Like a lot of women, I hate going to the mechanic. Edgar will change that! He is very respectful, and dedicated to making sure his customers understand the work he's doing on the car. I took my Prius in for an oil change and he actually showed me (not just told me about) some potential issues that will come up under the hood in the near future but could be prevented with some simple maintenance. Not to mention the waiting area is clean, comfortable and family friendly (there is wifi and toys if you bring your kids with you). Renee, who does the administrative work goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable while you wait.
