They know and understand that anyone that needs their vehicle repaired is going through a tough time and they do everything they can to make the process smooth and easy. Edgar called to let me know how things were going and that he would diagnose the issue by a certain time. Not only he did he do that but he also had my vehicle repaired and ready ahead of when I expected. Working with AutoPros was a breath of fresh air. Edgar is a great mechanic! He is honest and has no problem showing me what needs to be fixed on my vehicle. Most other mechanics just say what needs to be fixed. Edgar is always friendly and obviously knows what he is doing. He is timely and efficient.
